  • If you are a Buyer of a property, the following documents are need to complete you property transfer:

    • Original Passport (and Original Visa Original Emirates ID, if applicable)

    • Original Contract or MOU (Memorium of Understanding)

    • Final offer letter from your lender (if applicable)

    • NOC’s (No Objection Certificates) from Sub/Master Developer

    If you are unsure about any of these requirements, please contact us for assistance.

  • If you are a Seller of a property, the following documents are need to complete you property transfer:

    • Original title deed or location of title deed if it is being held by another party (e.g. your lender)

    • Original Passport

    • Original UAE Visa and Emirates ID (if applicable)

    • Original Contract/MOU (Memorium of Understanding)

    • NOC’s (No Objection Certificate) from Sub/Master Developer

  • No. In most cases, Novo can attend and complete all the in-person requirements on your behalf. This is only if your Novo Conveyancer has your POA (Power of Attorney).

    This is an especially helpful service for internationals who have sold or purchased a property in Dubai to ensure that everything goes smoothly.

  • NOC is short for “No Objection Certificate”.

    These are required from Lenders, Sub Developers, Master Developers, Community Title Managers (Body Corporates) and various other parties before transfers can take effect.

    The team at Novo will be able to inform you of what you require and additionally assist you in obtaining your required NOC’s for transfer.

  • No. Unfortunately the Sub and/or Master Developer needs to be granted title prior to them transferring it to you, or you being able to transfer the title to someone else.
